1st Week of Pregnancy

Normally, A single egg lives about 12-24 hours after leaving the ovary of
a woman. This ovulation may be affected by illness, stress, and sedentary lifestyle. In the first week of pregnancy, nothing is happening yet but for a bit of time just be prepared because the stage of birth is being set. It depends on the person. Some knew that she's pregnant in the first week of her pregnancy, because you will feel a weight in your uterus and some cramping or shocking feelings in your genitals. You will also become nauseous, will develop enhanced sense of smell and taste, dizziness, fainting, missed period, enlarging of nipples, darkening of the areola, sore and tender breasts, constipation, and frequent urination as well as what we call "Morning sickness" in the first week. You could spot, also. But, some ladies doesn't know they're already pregnant. However, most women do not show any symptoms until a month has gone by, some will just notice it after 2-3 months and realize that some of her body part slightly changes.

One way to confirm that you're pregnant is through Pregnancy test kit and a constant visit to the doctor. You can also try to have a blood or urine test. This test will help you in determining the presence of  HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) hormone. What is HCG? it is a hormone that's made by the pregnant woman's placenta. This is something that holds up structure and helps the supplementary development of the mother's placenta in an early stage of pregnancy. A serum test or what we call pregnancy blood test measures the correct quantity of the pregnancy hormone or HCG in the woman's blood. Because this is produced by the placenta, the presence of this Hormone in a woman’s bloodstream or urine tells us that she is most apparently pregnant.

If you're feeling tired sometimes, prevalent than normal days, there is a strong likelihood that you are pregnant. Too much fatigue is an affect brought by increased levels of hormones during pregnancy in your body. Also, some or definitely women get unusual food desires during the early stage of pregnancy or even disgust to certain types of food you really loved before. If you see any signs, you may be certain that you're pregnant.

The most important thing to do here is to accept the reality that in a way, you will soon become a mother. And starting at this point, at least you will know what are the certain things that need to be prepared and the things that should be avoided to protect not only the baby's health but for the both of you.
